Bashi Capital is led by Natasha Butta, a lending and banking professional with more than 12 years of experience across commercial lending, private wealth banking, and residential mortgages at major Canadian financial institutions, including RBC and BMO.

Her career spans both sides of the lending landscape. Natasha has advised high-networth clients, business owners, and investors, and has worked within highly regulated institutional environments where precision, accountability, and risk management are paramount. Her professional foundation includes experience in strategy consulting, which significantly shaped her disciplined, analytical approach to complex financial decisions.
